The firm's objective is to assist businesses in knowing and understanding their consumers - both customers and prospects - so well that the product or service matches the consumers' wants and/or needs, essentially selling itself.

Every company, every brand, has its own consumer group that includes both prospects and customers. Each of these groups has a consumer story that needs to be told.

These stories relay the wants and needs of consumers - their buying decision process - by identifying what they purchase, where and why they purchase it, how they purchase it, and for whom. To develop more effective marketing strategy and grow revenue, you need to know your consumers' story.
